Whyte Fang has released her fifth and final single, “Genesis,” from her forthcoming debut album of the same name.

“Genesis” strays a bit from Whyte Fang’s sound in previous releases. It begins slowly with luscious pads and melodies and uses them to build into a pure dance music bliss. The top lines were laid out by Jay Watson and Jacob Ray into the dreamy sequence of jungle beats and flourishing cinematic themes.

“Genesis” joins the ranks of Whyte Fang’s previous singles “333,” “Girl,” “Transport God,” and “SCREAM,” all of which will be on the forthcoming Genesis album. She’ll perform the album at Coachella Music Festival on April 14. Expect a stunning display of visuals to enhance the experience. The performance will also be live-streamed for fans unable to attend in-person.

Give “Genesis” a listen below.

Alexandra Sholler is the mastermind behind the Alison Wonderland and Whyte Fang projects, as well as FMU Records. The latter of which was launched in December 2022 and has since become one of the most respectable independent bass labels. With only five months into its career, FMU Records has already released music from artists like sumthin sumthin, SIPPY, Dani King and, of course, Whyte Fang.

In March 2023, Sholler and the FMU Records team celebrated their rapid success at a sold-out warehouse in Brooklyn, New York.
