EDM veterans Stafford Brothers have joined forces with Dark Heart and Kitty for an explosive bass house release called “Boom.” The track was released on Smash The House.
“Boom” quickly gets going with a heavy and uneasy layout of bass. The Stafford Brothers and Dark Heart don’t take any time to get the track up and going. Kitty’s angelic, distant, and voluptuous vocals come alive with the bass. This track’s ante gets upped in the first minute and unleashes into a full-blown bass house monster. The fuse is lit from the first bar, and the track explodes during the drop with a triplet sub- and mid-bass groove. The subtle breakdown after the first drop helps easy the sonic boom, but the drop is just as heavy the second time around.
