Space Mom and “queen of dark techno,” Rezz, has led fans into a place where light doesn’t exit. Her hypnotic new track, dubbed “Dark Age,” is the first single off of her up-and-coming Beyond the Senses EP, which is slated for a release on July 24.

With “Dark Age” being the first single off of the forthcoming EP, it draws the line in the sand for what fans can expect. The fiery industrial feel will definitely grind any fan’s gears. The uneasy guitar melody pairs flawlessly with the unbalanced atmosphere that Rezz has planted throughout. The Canadian producer and DJ continues to prove fans that her unique bass music stands tall and strong in the bass scene.

“‘Dark Age’ was the first song I completed for this project and I think best fits the vibe of the title & visual components which will be integrated into my new show,” Rezz told Billboard Dance. “The purpose of Beyond the Senses is to have listeners imagine life beyond the limitations of their basic human senses. Each piece of the project (the music, the tour visuals, and the virtual reality component) will work together to reflect the concept of living beyond your senses.”

Rezz released a slew of releases last year, which ranged from a collaboration with Blanke called “Mixed Signals,” and her Certain Kind of Magic on mau5trap.
