Designed by Virgil Abloh, Pioneer DJ has revealed a see-through set of CDJs that will be exhibited at Chicago’s Museum of Contemporary Art from June 10 to September 22.
The intention of these translucent CDJ-2000NXS2 and DJM-900NXS2 pieces of hardware are to inspire “different sound while DJing,” according to a statement. “And perhaps a new way for music technology and human interaction to equal a different result.”
The Pioneer DJ gear comes in an off-white and red knobs. If you’re interested in purchasing tickets for Abloh’s exhibition, you can do so here.
