Wiz Khalifa and NGHTMRE have put their musically diverse talents together for the release of “TTM,” a hip-hop track blended superbly with NGHTMRE’s remarkable deep bass production. The track stands for “talk too much.” “TTM” was originally going to be a NGHTMRE single, but PnB Rock enjoyed the track so much that he included it on his album. PnB Rock’s album will feature collaborators like Smoke Purpp, Lil Yachty, Russ, A Boogie Wit a Hoodie, Ugly God, and 24 Hours.
“TTM” features deep house stabs throughout, allowing the listener to receive the full dynamism that has been implemented from each artist. The tune is very simplistic in nature, but this allows for both Khalifa and NGHTMRE’s talents to really shine through.
Tyler Marenyi is the mastermind behind the NGHTMRE alias. He’s based in Los Angeles, California, was born in Stamford, Connecticut, and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. His love for music developed at a young age, and he received a degree in finance before moving to Los Angeles to pursue music full-time. Shortly after moving to Los Angeles, Marenyi enrolled in Icon Collective Music Production School. This is where he met Derek and Scott of SLANDER.
Wiz Khalifa was born as Cameron Jibril Thomaz. He’s a rapper, singer-songwriter, and actor. He signed to Warner Bros. Records in 2007 shortly after the release of his debut album, Show and Prove. In 2010, Khalifa inked a deal with Atlantic Records and debuted on the label with his smash hit, “Black and Yellow.” One of Khalifa’s most recent successes is his release of “See You Again” (ft. Charlie Puth) for the Furious 7 film, which sat at No. 1 in the Billboard Hot 100 for 12 non-consecutive weeks.
