Kraysh, who has continually released mayhem-driven tracks, has made his second appearance on NGHTMRE and SLANDER‘s Gud Vibrations label with “Thoughts.” And the thoughts in this track go very deep and get incredibly heavy.
Scratching effects and a distant electric guitar pluck opens this ferocious track. It doesn’t take long before Kraysh throws in the trap-sounding groove, then a few bars of drum and bass, and finally unleashing into a dubstep/trap hybrid with an unforgiving bass. Filtered scratches and grueling synths make their way to the forefront of this relentless piece, so it’s best if you let your thoughts out on this piece.
Kraysh bursted onto the scene last year with a dark culmination of dubstep, cinematic downtempo, and chill-inducing future bass. Last July, he debuted the Kraysh project project on Mat Zo’s Mad Zoo imprint with a four-track offering called Void. He then went on to release “GA FFA.”
