Black Tiger Sex Machine’s bass heavy label, Kannibalen Records, has released their second annual All I Want For Christmas Is Bass. The cold and bad to the bone-shivering album features speaker rattling tracks from YOOKiE, Top $helf, Holly, Karluv Klub, Messinian, and more. Sullivan King continues blending dubstep and heavy metal music with his remix of “Lilith” by Madi, Apashe, and Dabin.
Kicking off the diverse album is YOOKiE’s “Escape”; Seek N Destroy’s “Now I’m Here”; Madi, Apashe, and Dabin’s “Lilith” (Sullivan King Remix); and Carbin’s “Bad Habit.” All four tracks embrace a heavy, bass filled grimy sound and texture while encapsulating an astounding headbanger edge. All I Want For Christmas Is Bass Vol. 2 finishes the album with Top $helf’s “Give It Up”; Holly & Karluv Klub’s “Cult”; Kedzie & Superwet’s “Venom”; and Mantis and Messinian’s “Moshaholics.” Cunning, edgy, and chock-full of bass surprises, All I Want For Christmas Is Bass Vol. 2 places the perfect bow on top of the bass head and headbangers’ presents.
Black Tiger Sex Machine is an electronic music trio that consists of Marc Chagnon, Julien Maranda, and Patrick Barry.
