The company behind the world-renowned Electric Daisy Carnival, Insomniac Events, will be bringing this revered festival to Seoul, South Korea in 2019.
The event will feature the beloved carnival rides in addition to a virtual reality cafe and more.
“Right now, there’s an energy around dance music in South Korea that inspires us to bring EDC there,” says Pasquale Rotella, CEO of Insomniac Events. “We have a great venue, an amazing partner, and most importantly, a community that is embracing dance culture in an exciting way.”
EDC Orlando 2018 brought in 110,000 attendees, which was 30,000 more than 2017, according to the Orlando Sentinel.
