Last year, Horizon unleashed a bass canon with Cali Dbn on “Got It.” Now the rising bass music producer unleashed a new track called “Ritual” on Sunday Records.
A quick fade in with sinister bass and metallic sounds ramps up “Ritual” and sets the tone for the entire track. Punching percussive elements and distant choral stabs join forces with a pitched dark vocal. Horizon continues this total onslaught during the entirety of the track, and there’s absolutely no letting up once it gets going. So put on your seat belt and prepare for a ritual that’s so dark you won’t be able to see your hand in front of your face.
