This time, Matroda has a go at Gambino’s sadly real track with an equally as jaw-dropping bass house remix. He released the remix as a free download.
Matroda is recognized for his dark and tasteful take on dance music. His remix of Gambino’s “This Is America” is no exception. Matroda packs an insurmountable level of bass into the low-end and pairs it with an otherworldly distorted percussion array. He allows for the pumping low-end rhythms to take hold rather than the heavy kick. While the track is America, the remix is Matroda’s bass house, no questions about it.
