Diplo has released an official remix of Carnage and Prinze George‘s emotional “Letting People Go” on EMPIRE.
Diplo has engineered the track to be a powerful four-on-the-floor rhythm. Immediately from the first bar the track captures the listener’s attention. The infectious commercial house rhythm gets things pumping with the piercing hats, immersive kick, and sweltering bass.
The original track is emotional, as it discusses the difficulties in, well, letting people go. Not everyone is who they say they are, and sometimes keeping them in your life is tougher than just removing them. Furthermore, the original is much different than Carnage’s typical trap sound.
