Bass trio Black Tiger Sex Machine and brotherly trap duo YOOKiE are coming in hot off of their main stage performances from Lost Lands. They’ve now teamed up for their third powerful collaboration “Spiders.” The track comes after their “Lions” and “Snakes” collaborations.
Both YOOKiE and Black Tiger Sex Machine shine in this crawling track. The mix between dubstep, trap, and electro is clear-cut, and the sound design takes it entirely into a new dimension. Jumping from web to web, “Spiders” begins spinning with a choir, wavy synths, and a brass section. “Spiders” quickly builds into the unforgiving first drop when a critter lands in the web. The spiders sprint into action and attack, injecting the critter with deathly venom, bass, and percussion.
The second drop features a myriad of spiders attacking with a four-on-the-floor groove that is sure to infect all listeners and critters that fly into the web. The ear-scratching sound design and distorted percussion elevate this collaboration to heights far into the jungle. Just be careful where you step.
Black Tiger Sex Machine have been on a total rampage this year. They recently released their collaboration with TMRRW and Micah Martin called “Everything.”
Black Tiger Sex Machine have also announced their major headline Futuristic Thriller tour across North America and will begin on December 20 in Montreal, QC.
